I have used Euro Flooring & Design on three occasions within the last few years. On one occasion, they completely re-floored my home with porcelain plank tiling. On the other two occasions, they remodeled bathrooms, which included demolishing the old bathroom, retiling the shower, replacing drywall, electrical work, plumbing work, new vanities and sinks, and new fixtures, trim work, and painting. They did an excellent job on each occasion, which is why I have been a repeat customer. The work crews work hard and are very diligent, and pay attention to detail. They show up early, and work hard all day, and will work late if necessary to complete the job in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with the results. The flooring was a big job, and the result was amazing. And the tile work and drywall work in the bathrooms also came out beautifully. In particular, I love the fact that Scott is extremely hands-on, and stays involved in the process while the work is ongoing. With any project, unexpected issues will arise. Or maybe you change your mind on something. In those situations, Scott always jumps right in to personally ensure everything is handled properly. He doesn't just say, "I will tell the guys about that." That gives me great peace of mind. And his communication is excellent. Whenever you need to talk to Scott, he makes himself available ASAP. And he regularly visits the job site to make sure things are coming along OK while the work crews are working.
